My wife and I plan to stay for a week in Beilstein Germany in early April. I thought it would be fun to drive to France for dinner one night during our stay. Could anyone recommend the best dining in NW France. Thanks

Scott, you need to correct your title. The part of France you're talking about is in the NE, not the NW. People who could help you with suggestions about Alsace, etc., may not open the thread because they think you're asking about Brittany, etc.
