Novatel Paris hotel requiring a record of full Covid vaccines?

We have to show covid vaccine records in 2023? I had two sets of Moderna vaccines in 2021 and my daughter had hers in 2022. Do we have to go get updates on vacinnes? We fly to Paris in eight days. I thought Europe was done with all of this. Confused?

Traveled to Iceland in Sept 2021 , Mexico in 2021 and 2022 and of course, expected to have to show proof of vaccines and or negative test, but in August of 2023 this is still a requirement in France?

Thank you so much! Yes, it is on the expedia app under check in requirements and it is also on the Novatel website. Booked it a month ago, thinking that proof of updated covid vaccines were no longer required in EU

I have a lot of trouble believing this is required. I stayed at another Accor property in Paris, October 2022. No such requirement.

Email the property if you are concerned, but I wouldn't expect any scrutiny.

(Also stayed at Accor properties in Japan this year - 2023. No vaccine documentation required. This was early spring when masks were mandatory on public transport and vaccine certifications were required to enter the country. France was much loser, requiring nothing in late 2022.)

It's an Expedia problem. What do they care about updating their information as long as they get your money.

I’m not sure why this is a problem. Honestly, I do not travel without my proof of vaccination. Rukrd can change anytime

Which Novotel in Paris? There are a few of them.

Don't trust anything you read on Expedia.

We booked the Novotel Suites Villpoint at CDG and there is no mention of proof of vaccine.

Novatel Paris Gare du Montparnasse responded and said they need to update the company website. No proof of vaccine is required in Sept 2023.

But, I also can not find on their site or expedia, sortie/exit do I take from Gare du Montparnasse to get to the hotel? Novatell site says Montparnasse Hall 3 is one minute away?

This will be my fifth time in Paris, getting Decouverte passes at CDG, taking RER B to Nord, I know how big and confusing the gare's can be when your jetlagged from just getting off a long haul flight from USA and in Paris it is 9:00 a.m., but your brain is telling you it is 1:00 am, why are we awake? My little girl will be with me, want to make sure everything goes well as this is her first time in Europe.

Happy Mommy --
If you download the CityMapper app and show your travel from CDG to the name of your hotel it should show you the exit number from Gare Montparnasse.
Have a wonderful time in Paris!
