Yes! I just got our tickets for October. I’m so excited.

I followed the link above and was able to get all the way to entering my credit card info, then it locked up. I was able to enter my card number, but not the expiration date or 3 digit security code. That sort of thing always makes me feel sketchy. Anyway, I guess I'll try later.

KRS, the same thing happened to me, but then I scrolled down to the three icons I had to identify. Once I did that, the exp. date, etc. came up and I was able to plug all the information in. I have my tickets!

I also just got my reservation ticket. Thank you. I was worried that it would book up, even though I have the Passion Monuments pass.

Lindy, thank you! It worked and I'll get to climb the tower after visiting Sainte Chapelle. I can't wait!

I only see tickets for European Heritage Days and for Tales and Legends programs. Where are the tower tickets?

Weird. I don't know what's going on, but I did get an email confirmation and a pdf copy of the tickets I bought yesterday. Maybe there were some problems with the site, and they had to shut reservations down again for a bit?

I am getting the same circle -- opt for ticket office and get sent to general page with link, link pushed, opt for ticket office and around again.

The site definitely looks different now than it did when I was able to purchase tickets a few days ago. I hope those who want tickets are able to figure it out.

Just purchased mine for the day after my arrival, 26 Sep. Just did a "warm up" tower climb, 197 steps of The Church of Our Lady Buda Castle Tower in Budapest this morning. :)

I’m wondering if anyone else is having the same problem I am. I was able to put 2 tickets in the cart. I already purchased a Passions Monument Pass, so the cost is €0. Then it wants my email address and password. They don’t recognize my email address, even though it is the same one I used to purchase the pass on August 15th and they sent me an email at that time. I tried emailing them this morning (I’m in Europe and it is now 8:15 p.m.) and I never received a reply. I’m at my wits end with this. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations? We arrive in Paris on Friday afternoon and I would really like to get this figured out. We will be there for a month, so at least I have a lot of time to work with.

Andrea, I'm also a Passion Monuments Passholder. I was able to complete a booking up to "pay for your order". It requested my email address but not the password.

Yes, Andrea. I had the same thing happen. So, I just reserved the tickets without logging in.

Success! Not logging in is the key. Thanks for all of your help!
