Does a recent visitor to Paris know whether the Point Zero star in the plaza in front of Notre Dame is accessible during the reconstruction or closed off to the public?
It is closed off within the fenced construction area.
We ware in Paris now & looked for it a couple days ago. It is in the construction zone.
