I’m visiting Paris in April and would really like to climb the towers. I know I need a ticket but I’m wondering-how far ahead can I reserve one? I’ve looked on the website but can’t find an answer. Does Viator and Get Your Guide sell tickets to the Towers?
Thanks for your help!
We booked ours directly through the website. I think we reserved ours about a month or so before we wanted to visit. So, we probably booked early November to visit in mid-December (this was just a couple of months ago). We had no issues reserving for an afternoon time slot. We visited the inside of Notre Dame after the tower climb.
You need to purchase through the official website, not a third party vendor for all of your Paris attractions.
It will take you to Centre des Monuments Nationaux, the organization that operates the Towers. They are currently taking reservations through April 6.
For additional information about the Towers of Notre Dame check out Emily of Notre Dame on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/ParisTravelGuide/comments/1lojm4u/the_reopening_of_the_notre_dame_bell_towers/
She is a wonderful source of information about the reopening of Notre Dame and the towers.
I 2nd Jean's recommendation to book directly with Notre Dame's website. No need to add the layer of a 3rd party for this ticket.
Just this morning I got an email from the blogger The Earful Tower who just did the Notre Dame Towers. I have not listened to his podcast but here is his FB link if you are interested.
