Normandy with a baby

Hello fellow travelers
We are coming to Europe for a 3 week vacation in August with a one year old baby. I need your advice on where to stay, how to get from place to place and what towns are stroller/baby friendly. I have plans for all places we are traveling to except for Normandy. We will have 5 nights for Normandy region. We will begin our travels in London stay there for 5 days, then train to Paris, from there either train or rent a car to - I was thinking Honfleur or truville . I’m thinking to spend 2 nights there explore the area, then drive to MSM stay one night near by; this way we can go see MSM after the crowds leave. Then drive to Loire valley stay there for 2 nights, explore chateaus and on day 6 drive or train to Paris. Then we stay in Paris and finish off in Antibes. Does this sound like too much? Is it doable? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

Honfleur is a pretty town and so is Bayeux which is adjacent to the WWII beaches. It is also closer to Mont St-Michel. Both towns would be easy to get around with a stroller. How will you deal with nap time with all of your moving around?

Bayeux, and particularly Mont-Saint-Michel, have a lot of cobblestone streets. That may or may not affect your stroller travels.

If you want to tour the abbey at Mont St Michel or go up walking on the walls, I remember a lot of stairs to get up and down there. But maybe there are elevators for accessibility?

Going to the abbey around 4 pm in June seemed pretty good timing for the crowds to be gone but still have enough time to walk through before they closed at 6. There were very limited food options after that, though.

A few years ago we traveled with our daughter who was 8 months old at the time - it was one of our best experiences - we got a travel stroller where the seat could lay flat some she could nep in the stroller - we also had a backpack for those areas with lots of stairs or hiking also has a packable playpen for overnights - alll lightweight - made it versatil for traveling - we were in Europe for 3 weeks - Paris -Amsterdam - Rhine Valley - Switzerland and ended inFrance where I have family - people were very accommodating if we needed something heated - opened up a lot of opportunity - try to work in some flexibility so if you need to make changes you can - don’t stress and have fun - we had a rental for all 3 weeks - rented car seat with the car
