Can anyone offer details about what might be called "traditional" music in Normandy, including venues and musicians in or near Bayeux, Honfleur and Rouen?
If you google musique traditionnelle de normandie you're bound to get some ideas.
Are you going to those cities or do you just want to listen beforehand?
Nolenn Leroy
Alan Stivell

There is "Fest Noz" - traditional music, but it covers a huge territory. You might have to go to Dinan and Brest for that.
Problem here . . . op specified Normandy
Except for Nolwenn, these are Celts from Brittany. I have their records. Fest Noz is in Brittany. Brest unless it's been moved is in Brittany. The Celts with their strong identity will not take kindly to having their music regarded as Norman. Normans do conquests, Celts do music.
