We are trying to arrange an alternative less expensive tour than the cruise ship offers.
Does anyone have a suggestion for how to find a tour option out of the port in Le Havre, France
to a Normandy Beaches tour on Sept. 21, 2017??

I don't know if the suggestion I have is of help to you but During our stay in Normandy we took a private tour with a great guide who mentioned to us that he often picked up clients from Le Havre and Caen.
We booked our Tour direct from our B+B at Le Manoir De Herouville but I am sure Catherine, the owner, would pass on your details if you email her.
