No confirmation on raileurope tickets

I booked 3 tickets from CDG to Avignon. Received email with booking number but said it was not confirmed until their travel person contacted me. That’s been over a week ago and my trip begins in 5 days! I’ve sent emails through their site with no response. Phone recording says they do not accept phone calls. Has anyone else experienced this?

Am considering cancelling and rebooking with another company. But worried about them subsequently pushing the charge through and not refunding. Any advice?

I would call my credit card company and contest the charge if you've been charged. And of course cancel the booking with Rail Europe.

Then, I would use loco2.com to buy the same tickets for less money. Be sure to pay with Euros.

I hope you enjoy your trip to Avignon as much as we did!

Trainline does charge a fee nowadays, about 3% when you use a US credit card.

Personally, I only use SNFC. They are the ones who actually run the trains. Anyone else is just a third party.
