Some of the CDG hotels have good restaurants! The Meliá, for example (Olivine) - but it won't be very French.
Otherwise, l'Auberge des Saints-Peres in Aulnay sous Bois is exceptional. Hearty, yet elevated French cuisine. You'll need a taxi/Uber both ways, it is far from the RER (there is a bus that could get you there, but not back). It should cost about 20-30 euros one way.
