During the week of the Nice Jazz Festival, are there locations in the city where jazz can be heard that is not part of the Festival programming?
Are there locations in Nice that regularly host jazz musicians?

I've noticed an increase in the number of bars and restaurants that host musicians (not just Jazz) during the Festival run. Shapko is probably the best known as a regular Jazz and Blues venue, and Bistro Dalpozzo is a tiny bistro with live jazz (usually a singer) on the weekends (and a very good boeuf en daube over gnocci). There are many other bars with live music, mostly concentrated in the Old Town.
