We will be in Nice in early October for six nights and plan to rent a car and drive RS Inland Hill towns Route. We are curious which day to choose. Saturday, Sunday or Monday. We have an early flight on Wednesday.

Look up the Explore France site France.fr which is their Official Tourist Board website with more information.
Day one: explore Nice
Day two: Eze to Colle-sur- Loup to Saint Jeannet
Day three: Saint Jeannet to Vence to Saint Paul de Vence to Gillette
You can now zero in on what is open on which day.

Saturday will have the most likelihood that things will be open although Sunday for touristy things is not bad. Some restaurants may close on Mondays or Sundays, so check your route. Saturday will have a bit more traffic but October should be fine. If you are flexible with your schedule, you may let weather dictate your final decision.
