Great minds thing alike. :>)! I've done that but have found none with parking included in the cost of the lodging. Doesn't even say if parking is onsite or blocks away. Hoping someone with experience with my request will educate me on options, if there are any. Some people won't even drive into Nice so wish to have advise on parking once we get there.

If parking is not showing at the hotel, you may be able to park at a Municipal garage. It is relatively pricey and likely your car will remain parked there unless you take trips into the hinterland. Even many spots along the coast like Monaco or Cannes may be easier reached by train. Rates are offered by the day and in some cases, by the week. Advance reservations will be needed in high season. Some of the cheapest, and lowest cost overnight parking is at the Port and train station (where there are special, online only, advance reservation weekly rates).

In Nice, the Parking Massena is near the Negresco and behind the Westminster. It has 24 hour rates. I believe Parking Courvesy is one of the lower cost ones in the old town (compared to the Cours Saleya parking). Both of these are operated by Parking Nice Azur

The Hyatt has parking in Parking Indigo right behind. Indigo runs other lots as well. Interparking is another system that has lots in the city, including the Parking Ruhl in front (underneath) Le Meridien.

The other large hotels also offer parking -- as you'll see in their listings. But as the above shows you, as long as you are willing to walk a block or two, you can self-park at any number of hotels.

In which area are you looking for hotels? The simple answer might be that there aren't any. Hotels with parking included in the price is very much an exception in Europe and you usually have to go pretty far out in the suburbs to find them.

Thank you, Gooster & Badger. I booked Hotel Messena that has a parking garage, which as you noted, has an additional charge. I definitely appreciate your help with this!!

If that's the area you've been looking in I'm not at all surprised that you couldn't find any hotels with parking included.
