Nice hotels narrowed down

Since we are going to stay put in Nice and let Avignon go, we are rethinking the hotel we have booked near the train station.
We looked at the following online and they look decent. Would love anyone's input if you have stayed there or are familiar with the property. Our favorite Hotel Villa Victoria is booked (boo) so here is our list -

Hotel les Cigales
Best Western Hotel Lakmi Nice
Hotel du Centre

These were picked based on our price range and ratings on Trip Advisor and Booking.com.

Suggestions welcome.

Edited to add: We know nothing about Nice, best places to stay, where to catch a tram, etc. On another thread, we got lots of good advice most all suggesting we not stay at the train station area.

Unless you're planning to spend most of your time in a hotel, don't overthink the hotel! You're on vacation and will barely remember how to get back to the hotel at night.

I have not stayed in any of the three. But based on location, I would pick either the Best Western or the Hotel les Cigales. The latter is on a quieter street (neighborhood versus just off the main shopping street like the former), if that matters to you. The former is a larger property.

Hotel Les Cigales is well placed: just a few blocks to the Promenade des anglais, near the beginning of the pedestrian street rue Masséna, easy access to the old town and marché aux fleurs, near famous hotels on the Promenade.

Have you checked out the Best Western Roosevelt? It is newly renovated, in a lovely area, and is a favorite of mine. Le Grimaldi by Happy Culture is also a good choice.
