Suggestions for hotel, gite, airbnb in Nice for 4 nites. 2 twin beds & AC

We recently stayed at Palais Salera Boutique Hotel in Nice. It is in a great location. We walked to the flower market, the weekly markets (about a block from the hotel) and to the boardwalk from our hotel. There is a great boulangerie almost right next to the hotel. We had a little apartment and the hotel does have AC. I would stay there again and we loved the location. Easy to get to the tram or train station from the hotel. Enjoy your trip.
