Anyone know of any great restaurants/coffee cafes outside Nice. ( not tourist traps ). money is not a problem

Cap Antibe—Antibe -st Paul de Venice and nice village like these and seafood dishes
Also heading to St Tropez didn’t know if you knew of any nice 3 or 4 stat hotels in the village of st tropez with Large rooms
And great seafood restaurants—not tourist traps
