Hello!
Trying to figure out the operating times for the Nice Airport tram to Jean Medecin. Google led me to two different end times 8 pm and 12:15 am. Our flight arrives in Nice at 7:55pm on a Saturday so want to plan for alternate transportation to town if it really does stop operating at 8pm each night.
Hope someone knows more than Google does. Thanks!
The airport is very near downtown Nice. You can always get a taxi
According to the official site:
"Tram 2 operates every day except 1st May, from 05:24 to 00:15 with departures every 8 minutes.
Average total journey time is 30 minutes."
The trams a snap and runs late into the night. You can get English information at Nice’s public transport website www.lignesdazur.com. I also like to use the app citymapper for transport in Nice/Monaco. You can plug in a future date and time for planning purposes.
If I recall, sometime during the confinement the hours were scaled back, but have returned The frequency drops at night, but the 12:15 am is accurate. Here is the PDF of the schedule.
