We will arrive Nice Airport at 8:00 pm. Trying to figure out best way to get to Antibes. Looking at Rome2Rio and I see a tram, but doesn’t go to train station in Nice. Hotel said they would send driver for 65€. Gotta be a less expensive, but not difficult way.

I took this bus to get to Antibes in the summer of 2019. Worked great. It will drop you at the bus/train station in Antibes. My Airbnb was in the old town but it was an easy walk, maybe 10 minutes.
What time of year. It's almost dark at 8pm right now? And how frequent are the buses after 8 pm?
If this is after an overnight flight, you might want to accept a driver door to door. This rate seems correct to me based on rates I am familiar with to other towns in the region .
I would definitely opt for the driver at that hour. Last bus seems to be at 8.30p or so, and the train station near the airport (Nice Saint Augustin) is both well-hidden (you can take the tram but it stops 1/4 mile away) and a bit dodgy (safety issues)...
