My teenage daughters and I are going to Paris this summer and would like to visit Sainte Chapelle and the Conciergerie, but I am having difficulty with the Sainte Chapelle website. When I go to the https://tickets.monuments-nationaux.fr/ website, I can get an individual ticket, but when I try to get a date/time the calendar is blank for all months. I thought maybe it was my computer, but I tried it on my phone and on our family computer and have the same result. I sent an email to them via the contact button on the bottom, but haven't heard back. Has anyone else had this problem or know what to do?

I just tried it and had no problem trying to get a time on various random dates in June and August. Select the number of tickets, then update your cart. Then select your date, then scroll down to see available times.
I did notice that the website is a bit slow to populate times.

Some museum sites may generate an error if you are booking in English language. If this is your case, keep it French and try again. Sometimes it helps.

Thanks. Unfortunately, the website still doesn't work for me in English or French. The dates just don't show up as an option, even when I wait for them to populate.

Occasionally one of these techniques works:
- Use a different browser.
- Use a different device (PC, table, smartphone).

I see nothing but red when looking at the website for the summer months. We would want August 28th. We visited Ste Chapelle our first time in Paris but did not do it the time and depth it deserves.

What browser are you using? I had no trouble (and there are plenty of dates with multiple times available, including tomorrow) in Chrome and Safari. Chrome was much slower, but eventually the calendar appeared with the last couple days in May, and I was able to click over to the other summer months (at the top).
It does throw you down to the bottom of the screen when it says select dates--you have to scroll up to see the calendar.

Thank you everyone! I appreciate you all for taking the time to respond. I think I would have just given up if you hadn't told me the site was working for you. My mistake was that I was clicking on the second option (the 2 monument guided tour of St-Chapelle and Conciergerie), instead of the first option which was translated to Free Visit on my screen. I thought the second option was the way to get tickets to both, but instead I was given a blank calendar. Anyway, I clicked on Free Visit, which enabled me to purchase a ticket for myself and reserve a time slot for myself and my daughters on July 20th to see both St Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Thanks again!
