Need feedback of Aparthotel Adagio Paris XV

Hello Guys,
I will be visiting Paris for 4 days and planning to stay in above apart hotel.
As i am traveling with 4 year kid so i would prefer to stay in apartments but i heard at many forums that apartments are not legal in Paris so thought of booking Apart-hotel.

Any feedback of the above hotel would be appreciated.
I will be traveling from Amsterdam to Paris and will travel from here to Disneyland for 2 nights.

This is not a true apartment it's a hotel with "suites" nothing illegal about it. It's run by Accor hotels a major hotel chain.

Thanks Carol for your reply.
Is 15th arr a good location to stay with a family assuming that I will be traveling from Amsterdam via TGv and will stay 5-6 N in Paris to visit nearby areas. So traveling with a 3 year kid won't be a problem from there or would you suggest some other area to stay.....

I don't know what a "true apartment" is but the rooms at the Adagio have kitchenettes, cutlery, plates, a dining table, a sitting area and there will be no housekeeping services so you will have to make your own bed, etc. It's not a true apartment if you want to stay in someone's home or pied a terre that is being rented but I would not characterize the rooms as suites because hotel suites have someone who makes your bed when you leave and they rarely have self-catering items.
I have not stayed at this Adagio but I have seen the area. It's in a regular neighborhood in Paris and close to stations on Metro Lines 6 and 10 and about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. On the day that you go to Disney for the two nights, just take Line 6 to Charles de Gaulle-Etoile and you can catch the RER A train to Disney from there. Bus Route 42 runs from Gare du Nord to very near the hotel. You can read about the bus route at https://www.parisperfect.com/blog/2012/07/42-bus-best-sightseeing-paris/. Have a great trip.

As well as the Adagio brand aparthotels also look for Citadines and Appartcity. I've stayed in several Citadines myself and always found them pretty good.

As other people have said, the legal issues don't relate to aparthotels but to private vacation rentals.

"apartments are not legal in Paris."
This is not true. Some are, some are not.
Depends on whether the owner or agency jumped through the bureaucracy hoops or not. Some apartments are totally legal.

Thanks Philip, i will look the other options as well that you suggested...
I hope that from the connectivity point of view i.e. for other tourist places, i should be able to get bus/tram/trains easily from there, right ?

JHK already described the transport links from the Adagio you asked about first. Most places in central Paris have good public transport links apart from maybe some of the really far-flung parts of the high-numbered arrondissements.
