If you have a Navigo Easy card, is the Montmartre Funicular free or is it a one-time charge?
If you buy just one Navigo Easy card, is it correct to load bus or metro tickets onto that one card and use it?

- It depends upon the fare. If you have tickets loaded, it requires one métro ticket. If you have a day pass loaded, you can ride as many times as you like for the same price.

the only way on the Funicular is tapping your pass or card -- so there is no way it is free. A Navigo Easy is not a pass; it is a device for loading tickets; you can put a day pass on it (not a weekly pass) and if you have loaded that then it does cover the Funicular. But when you tap the card ordinarily it will take a train ticket.
