Any recommendations on a good local coffee spot / cafe to grab a quick bit in Nancy, France?
We are planning on stopping to visit Nancy on our way to Alsace Region from GDG to break up the drive, and not sure when we will be getting there, apx mid day.

Hi Nate, for the atmosphere, I would pick one in the beautiful Place Stanislas if you’re there during good weather.
For a wonderful pastry shop to take a bag to go, too, Cadici is fantastic! Yum!

Thank you for the advice.
Sadly, as I am headed to Nancy in October, I checked out Cadici - it is temporarily closed.
There are a number of places on the main Stanislaus square, but I like Restaurant des Frères Marchand which is up by the Church of the Cordeliers. Not too far from there is another very good place, L'Arsenal which will probably require a reservation. There are a number of very good shops in that area!
