We will be traveling to Paris from March 4-18, 2018. We enjoy music and concerts, my husband in particular loves jazz (not swing jazz). Any suggestions for night clubs or music events near Paris that may be happening during this time? An outdoor venue would be fine too or a cruise or music tour. And of course a concert hall to visit. We are 60, but pretty 'young minded' for our age, would even enjoy Rock (if that's still around) or more contemporary music. We are pretty curious minded and not afraid to hear something different. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
It's really too early for the outdoor concert schedules to be up for 2018. Most schedules are arranged about 3 months in advance.
You can check out these websites for music arranged according to Jazz, Rock, etc:

I can recommend "Le Caveau de la Huchette" on the Left Bank (Paris) - http://www.caveaudelahuchette.fr. For dance musique - the incredible setting of the "Nouveau Chalet du Lac" - http://chaletdulac.fr - is an incredible treat - a bit hard to get to - take a taxi.
My husband and I have gotten to know a lovely couple of musicians Leslie Lewis (jazz singer) and Gerard Haegen ( pianist).
They play all around Paris ( a lot in the 6th) Chez Papa, Hotel Laurent, MonteVerde ( all of which are great restaurants with music).
Also check the schedule at Sunside/Sunset. Lots of great acts there.
Enjoy!
