Museum tickets in Paris

Hi everyone, I'm going to Paris next week. I want to go to the Musée de l'Orangerie and Musée d'Orsay. Combined tickets are €16. Is there a benefit of purchasing them before hand on line, or should I just get them there?

I will not be going to other Museums, so I won't be getting a Paris pass.

Never go to the Orsay without a ticket or pass -- especially in high season. The lines are terrible; with a ticket you use a different security line and door. If you can buy on line and print out do that. Or buy them at FNAC in Paris.

Even at the smaller, less visited Orangerie there are two lines: one for ticket holders and one for those who don't have tickets in hand. The ticket holder line goes in first. Any time after 11:00 a.m., you had better have your ticket in hand or you may wait, and wait, and wait, and wait until the ticket holder line has no one in it.
