Does the Musée Picasso close prior to a new exhibit? It appears as if the museum is closed, or no tickets available, February 17-21. Am I reading the site correctly?

I am excited to see the Louvre Couture exhibit but was really looking forward to Picasso
The website shows Picasso is open. But they may have sold out all the tickets. The ticketing system seems to be down right now.
Yes, it shows the Museum is open but when go to buy tickets the dates from February 17-21 are grayed out. They have a new exhibit opening on Feb 22 on the lower level so I’m wondering if they’re closing down to prepare for installation?
