I’m trying to buy a ticket directly from the museum site. I selected June 7 as the date yet when I see the confirmation before paying the date shows June 6. I’ve double checked that I correctly selected the date. June 7 is the only date that works for me - I only have a 1 day layover - so it’s crucial that the ticket shows the correct date. Any idea about the discrepancy? I don’t see anything in the FAQs that addresses this issue.

I just made a dummy booking. At the confirmation page, the museum converted the date to the conventional way dates are stated in Europe: day, then month, then year (07/06/2024). So, to an American, this looks like the 6th of the month, but is fact the 7th. Perhaps that’s what’s tripping you up.

Go to "Welcome". Click on it. Then, go to 'Entrance tickets to the Orsay Museum" Click on it. Then, click on "Museum entry - Full price" (or whatever you select). Select the number of tickets you want and scroll down to "Add to Cart". Next screen is for the audioguide. Choose if you want that. Go to the right and click on "I book".
You are then at Step 3, "Date Selection" Scroll down. Press the arrow to "June". Select "7" and then the time that you want which is on the right. Press "I book." I assume that you are a "New Customer" Fill those fields out, if not, do the same for "Already Customer". I stopped there since I didn't want to fill out the fields.
When I was first on the Welcome page, I selected "Ticketing" but that doesn't work for the date that you want. Good luck!
