Multiple days luggage storage in Paris.

Hi! After arriving in Paris on Day 1, we’ll be heading to Mont-Saint-Michel the next day for an overnight stay, returning to Paris late on Day 3. We're looking for a place to store some of our luggage in Paris for two to three days, so that we don't have to carry it around and get it back on Day 4 in Paris. We’ll be departing from and returning to Saint-Lazare station which doesn't seem to have luggage storage.
I’ve never used Nannybag before, but since they partner with local businesses, I’m wondering if it’s better suited for short-term (a few hours) storage rather than multi-day use?

Amy, are you using Paris hotels on either end of your MSM trip? Perhaps they could hold your extra luggage?

Yes, I am. But I am using different hotels, as I couldn't get the same ones. So I am not sure if they will hold my bags or not.

Ami, in that situation I've had good luck with asking the second hotel to hold my bag for me. It means getting it over there before you leave town, but then when you return, your bag is right where you want it to be.

I have never had a hotel tell me no about leaving luggage there a a couple of days before my stay. I mean hotels accept packages for guests ahead of their arrival so I do not see why they would refuse to hold a bag or two for two or three days. If your hotel is unwilling to take the bags, consider City Locker, a dedicated luggage storage service.

Just keep in mind a hotel won't be watching your luggage like a hawk the whole time it's there. It might be supervised or well hidden, or it might be pretty simple to roll it away.

I did this once, but because I have my work laptop in the bag I was leaving I did not want to use one of these nanny services or something or the hotel . I actually took it to Gare Nord and put it in the locker there That Wes’s mote expensive , but it also made me feel much more secure.

Some hotels have secure luggage rooms and check in the bag and give you a claim -- others just hold it in the corner of the lobby or equally casually. I would see if your second hotel as a secure locked luggage room and ask. If they don't then use Gare du Nord or some other service.

Hi,
Try www.stasher.com
I used them twice in Paris in August, 2024 and it worked out very well: inexpensive, safe, and conveniently located. Though in neither case was my baggage left for multiple days
