My wife and I plan to visit the Monte Carlo casino but will not be able to get there until after the morning tours are over. Does anyone know if we can just pay the entry fee and do a quick walk around ourselves during the afternoon? (yes, we are over 21, lol).

Pretty sure you will need a tie for entry. They let tours sneak in without the dress code but the dress code applies after that.
