Trying to buy advance tix for Giverny; website >Ticketmaster and then it stalls. What is FNAC and where is best one (we are in 16th arrondissement). We will be taking the train. Any tips / thoughts appreciated
FNAC is major chain of book and entertainment media stores that also has a live person clerk that sells of all kinds tickets to things. I don't know about a best one they all seem the same. There is one in the 15th

The closest one for you would be at Ternes, in the 17th arrondissement, not far from the Arc de Triomphe.
How about close to Notre Dame, as that’s where we will be around the time they open tomorrow ?
Notre Dame—>Forum des Halles FNAC.
Thanks to all who replied!
Make sure you print out your tickets and bring them with you! We were there last summer and upon arrival, we couldn't find our printed tickets. We couldn't get any decent internet coverage while we were there and their internet service wasn't very good. Their staff was unable to find my ticket purchase in their system even though I bought the tickets directly from them online.
I ended up having to purchase new tickets after waiting in the long queues, something I could have avoided if I had just double checked that I had them with me before we went to Giverny.
