I’d like to plan a special Michelin starred lunch experience while we are in the Alsace region next month. We’ve been delighted with our other (non-starred, local and fantastic) restaurant experiences in France, and have never felt the need to really splurge for that Michelin experience before.
However…now that we are going back, and will be in one location for a while, I’d like to try a Michelin starred restaurant for lunch that is well recommended here. We are staying in Colmar, planning to explore the wine villages and travel to Strasbourg and Obernai for day trips. We will be depending on trains and buses to travel around as we explore.
Any recommendations to share would be greatly appreciated!
