My wife and I want to fly into nice , take a train to Menton where we are planning for stay for 2 weeks. Can you suggest another 2 week town NOT ON the riviera which we could easily access by train
We are planning a round trip flight from Newark NJ to Nice; therefore we would need to get back to Nice.

I'll suggest Vence. It would be train to Cagnes-sur-Mer and then an 18-minute taxi ride.
