If you don't text, I would suggest meeting in the lobby of the Sheraton. Who ever arrives first and finishes, heads for the Sheraton. The hotel is connected to the airport, very convenient.

We have met others at the top of the escalators headed down to the rail station.

Yes, next to the top of the escalator down to the train station.

I also suggest you have a back up plan in case someone's plane is delayed. Perhaps agree to wait 2 hours or some specified period of time and then default to meeting at your hotel.

Yes, it is in the center of Terminal 2. You can access all the levels from there, with the bottom level being where you actually get on the train. In the center of all this is a very large electronic board with Departure & Arrival Flight info. May be a good thing to know each others flight numbers.

There are several sections to Terminal 2 and, while there are also plenty of signs, it carrying maps printed from the aeroports website can help your search for the rendezvous. Or maybe a Smart phone app? The train terminals are in Two also.
