Is there a train I can take directly from the Marseille airport to Nice or do you need to catch at Marseille central station? Is it safe traveling solo?
It is much easier to take the frequent bus from the airport to the central station (Saint Charles), then a train to Nice from there. No safety issues to be aware of: the central station neighborhood isn't the best, but the station itself is safe.
