Are you asking how to get to the Marriott resort or how to get to Versailles from the resort?

No matter how you get there, why are you taking a tour? You can visit on your own using the audio guide. Reserve your tickets ahead on the website for as early in the day as possible. I don't know where Marriott Village is, but I would suggest taking the RER-C from Gare Montparnasse to Versailles. Trains take less than half an hour from Paris to Versailles. If you get to Gare Montparnasse from your resort you will save some bucks for 6 people. Tours don't let you skip the security line, which, to me, are the slowest lines.
Whatever you decide, unless the tour is arranging ticket purchases for you, I would reserve my Versailles tickets as soon as possible.
Best of luck.

The RER C does not go anywhere near Gare Montparnasse. It runs along the left bank of the Seine. Perhaps you mean Gare d'Austerlitz.
The Marriot Village d'Ile de France (don't forget the apostrophe, and the letter after the apostrophe is a capital "i", not an "l") is at Disneyland Paris.

This site suggests taking the RER A for Disneyland to Les Halles, then RER B to St Michel-Notre Dame, then the RER C to Versailles Chateau. Cost is 2.50 EUR pp each way and takes about 1 1/2 hours. There may be a discount for the kids.

Children 10 and up pay adult fare on public transport in Paris; the 9 year old can get half price tickets.
