Must I use the combo ticket to the museum and gardens in a certain length of time?

I understand why you're asking - nobody seems to say, specifically. The Monet site at Giverny is only open 7 months of the year and you probably have to use both entrances within that window. The tickets are sold in person and maybe you'd buy it at the Marmottan, with a shorter line, and ask at that time. I don't think that you have to worry about a short deadline, e.g, probably not less than a month.

The website implies it is available during the season i.e. of course they don't sell the ticket in winter when Giverny is closed. I infer that it can be used any time during that season, but it is not clearly stated. I think you will have to ask before buying.
