Hello! My husband and I are going on our first cruise next week and Marseille is one of the stops. We are hoping to visit the Calanques national park, but are SO confused on how to get there! It looks like there are a couple busses that you can take that drop you off in different spots?? Which stop/calanques is the best to visit to get the most out of the stop? We are there from 6AM-6PM. Thanks!
Visiting the Calanques from land involves hiking. The easiest access point is Luminy at the end of B1 bus line, from where you can walk to the Belvedere de Sugiton, a flattish, 30-40 min walk one way, or down to the Calanque de Sugiton, about 45 min down and 60-75 min up.
But I would recommend visiting from the sea instead. There are sightseeing cruises from Vieux Port, you will see more and you really reduce risk of delay + logistics difficiulties.
