Marathon training in and around Arles

Hello
My husband and I are currently traveling with our daughter who is in the midst of training for a marathon.
She’s hoping for a couple 8 mile runs while we are here. She has been running roads and sidewalks not trails but could if they are not too rough Anyone have this experience in the past who could recommend some safe routes for her?
