My family will be in Lyon for 4 weeks this summer. Could anyone recommend a place or individual for violins lessons for my 12-year-old? She's been playing a couple years. I've looked online but haven't seen anything.

There's an online service called "Superprof" where music teachers register to offer lessons to individuals.
It's in French.

Alternatively, there are quite a few music schools, but these often require enrollment for several months or a year. You can try contacting this one for information (english version available):
On Google, search "professeur violon Lyon".

Have you thought about having her current teacher give her lessons over Zoom or Facetime?
