Have planned 3 nights in Lyon early June, Sunday to Wednesday, June 5-8. After making our train and hotel bookings, I’ve come to find most all Lyon Restaurants appear to be closed those two days of the week. Can’t change our dates. Any tips on restaurants that might be open?

Le Merciere.....I had a nice meal there in November. I believe they are open every day.

We were in Lyon this past November and happened across Brasserie des Célestins (https://brasserie-des-celestins.business.site/) on a Monday when open restaurants were hard to come by, but it ended up being a great meal.
We also ate at Le Merciere (on a different day) and enjoyed it.
