It may depend on your departure date, since I saw different info last week in a similar search. But for travel tomorrow, direct TGV trains depart from Lyon to Turin at 8:30, 12:30, and 16:30. How to Look Up Train Schedules and Routes Online gives you the DB train schedule link and tips for using it. The TGV does not run to Rome; only as far as Milan.

There is no TGV from Paris to Rome.
If you want to get from Lyon to Turin, then look up Lyon to Turin on www.bahn.de and to book tickets go to www.captaintrain.com and look up Lyon to Turin.
Again. from Turin to Rome, go to http://www.trenitalia.com/ and look it up.

"TGV" = Train à Grand Vitesse, which is the brand name for the High Speed Trains in France and connecting to some other countries.
TGV's are not the only trains, they are not even the only High Speed trains, there are thousands (literally) of other trains.
