We have tickets for the Women’s World Cup in Lyon July 2019, and looking for lodging, 2 bedrooms - 1 couple and 1 single.
Does it have to be a bed and breakfast? B&Bs are not really a French thing. I would suggest looking for hotels on Booking.com

Be sure the place you stay is air conditioned.
We booked an apartment for a week in Lyon for a week in April, and once we arrived we found that it was a disaster. We moved immediately to a hotel very close to the famous park toward the east of Lyon (La Tete d'Or), toward the southern end of the park. The hotel had an English name, Warwick Reine Astrid. Anyway, they had a nice room, with a decent view, with a small kitchen. It was not terribly expensive. Peter
