From Lyon my choices are 1. The Original Syrah tour is a Half Day wine tour with 2 wineries and tasting the wine from the Northern Rhone Valley. This tour is all about Syrah and Viognier grape varietals. 2. A half-day tour. The Beaujolais Crus & Castles wine tour combining history, traditions and landscapes with 2 wineries, a Chateau Estate & a small family one. This tour focuses on wines called “Crus” of the Northern Beaujolais from the Gamay grape varietal. or 3. The full-day Beaujolais & Perouges excursion (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) which will allow you to see the best sights around Lyon including 2 medieval towns called Oingt & Perouges + visit of one family winery.
From Dijon, I don't want to see the city but not miss Beaune, Thank you for any suggestions.
