Lyon - Alpine - Provence Itenary

Flying into France for two weeks. Going to take a quick hopper to Nice and work my way back to Paris by Car. Any suggested must haves?

Love visiting Wineries and cool architecturalplaces.

3rd Time in France.

Well, Lyon will delight on many levels, and if wine is your thing I would swing through Burgundy.
