We arrive at Lyon Part Dieu Sunday around 5 pm. We will have two full days in Lyon (Monday, Tuesday) and leave Wednesday. Can we purchase the 2 Day Lyon City Pass once arriving at Lyon Part Dieu at the tourism center?

I'm guessing you can get it at the train station. I purchased mine once downtown at the tourist information office near the Bellecour metro station.

Your Lyon City Card can be collected from any of the following locations:
The ONLYLYON Tourism Pavilion, situated in Place Bellecour, in the 2nd arrondissement in Lyon. Open every day (except on 25th Dec and 1st Jan) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The reception desk in the Part-Dieu shopping centre, level 0, Place de l’Eau. Open from Monday to Saturday from 09:30 am to 8:00 pm and from 10 am to 8 pm for bank holidays. Closed on 1 January, 1 May and 25 December.
The reception desk in the Confluence shopping and leisure centre, Lyon 2nd. Open from Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday, from 10 am to 8 pm.
