Does anyone know if Air France domestic terminal(2f) will transfer luggage to Norwegian air terminal 1
No, they will not. You will have to collect your luggage from your first flight and make your way to Terminal 1 for your Norwegian flight. The two companies aren't at all related.
I can confirm the other response. We are doing the reverse...Norwegian in-bound to CDG connecting to AF, and I called AF to confirm. In effect, it's the same as you would do if leaving the airport all together, then returning for the next flight. I just hope 2 hours is enough time!
@ gtocquigny. That's dicey, as in your chance of rolling boxcars. Whats your back-up plan?
Agree with Sam that 2 hours isn't enough based on the reports of long lines everywhere.
You need to be at CDG 3 hours before an international flight. If you are flying to the US, you ave very little chance of making the flight and that will be very costly. If it is a flight to another European country, you might make it. Is Norway part of Schengen? If so then you won't have immigration probably (although with higher security they are sometimes doing passport check on arrival), but you still won't have enough time to check in, check luggage, go through security and make the plane. Your odds of missing this connection are higher than making it.
If I were you, I would come in the night before.
Norway is in Schengen, but not in the EU.
