Our family will be in London and Paris beginning of June for a week. For both cities we'll be in VRBO properties and arrive several hours before our check in. We're learning the downside of not staying in a hotel is being unable to drop off luggage while our room is prepared. Any ideas outside of a storage locker at the train stations to keep our belongings?

We have used Citylocker by Saint Michel/Notre Dame. It was very easy and secure.
I believe they have other locations. Just google citylocker Paris.

The place we are staying at recommends 2 different storage options www.citylocker.fr (as mentioned above) and www.nannybag.com/en/home

If you are coming into Gare du Nord or CDG and take the train into Paris then it might be convenient to store bags at Gare du Nord.

Have you checked with the agency about early check-in? We have an apartment in Paris later this month and right now it isn't occupied the previous day and I was able to get "non guaranteed early check in" for 60 euro. If they happen to rent the apartment that day and it is unavailable for early check-in we will use city lockers
