Louvre website problems

When I try to purchase tickets the Louvre website won’t let me create an account because they say there is already an account associated with my email. Then when I try to use my email to sign in, it says there is no such account. I tried this with 2 other family members emails and the same exact thing happens.
Any suggestions on how to get tickets?

I asked to reset my password, then it said I did not have an account with my email. But it says I already have an account when I try to set up a new account. Same with 2 other emails that never had accounts there.

I think there is a big problem with the Louvre website today. Two friends of mine here in Paris were trying to get signed in to purchase Louvre event tickets and were also getting blocked, told they already had log-ins, etc.

Unfortunately I think there is a bad bug in there today !

I didn't have any problem with the site today, except that the date I wanted wasn't available yet.

When ever I have difficulty purchasing tickets or products, whether domestically or internationally, I switch Web Browsers. This usually does the trick.

I was able to but tickets today! Yeah! I heard back from the Louvre and they said that when you try to create an account, your email is held in their data base for 15 minutes. So when I got the message I already had an account, when I didn’t really, this was the reason.
I did try much later in the evening last night, like 3 hours or more later, but it still said I already had an account associated with my email.
Anyway, this morning I was able to create an account and buy tickets!
