When I try to purchase tickets the Louvre website won’t let me create an account because they say there is already an account associated with my email. Then when I try to use my email to sign in, it says there is no such account. I tried this with 2 other family members emails and the same exact thing happens.
Any suggestions on how to get tickets?

I asked to reset my password, then it said I did not have an account with my email. But it says I already have an account when I try to set up a new account. Same with 2 other emails that never had accounts there.
I think there is a big problem with the Louvre website today. Two friends of mine here in Paris were trying to get signed in to purchase Louvre event tickets and were also getting blocked, told they already had log-ins, etc.
Unfortunately I think there is a bad bug in there today !
