Louvre tickets day of? Is it possible?

However there may be online ticket bundlers or resellers who will sell you a timed entry ticket - check TripAdvisor, or Viator, maybe? Might be sold as a private tour, not sure, an "added value" ticket of possibly dubious value, but whatever.

I just checked the official ticket site, and the first day with any available slots is about a week from now...good luck.

The trick is that attendance at the Louvre is never low. Museum management announced earlier this year — when announcing the hike in ticket prices — that they were limiting the numbers they will admit this year to 30,000 people daily.

UPDATE: On May 2, 2024, we arrived at the Louvre at 9:45 and joined the long line. After 2 hours waiting in the line, we were inside.
It was worth the wait! :)
