Looking for recommendations on how to find a reputable private tour guide for the Louvre Museum. I've done some research but I am concerned about scams. Thank you.

For a visit in January of 2022, when covid was still pretty busy, I emailed Paris-Walks. Oriel Caine (one of the owners) got right back to me and gave me a 2 hour private tour. At that time, I paid 150 euro plus the cost of the entry ticket. I spent a good amount of time perusing the website before hand and gave her a list of things that I wanted to see - the moat, the gold room (with all of the jewels although some are still missing right now), the red room with all of the grand paintings (Delacroix in particular), and also Winged Victory and Venus de Milo (it was so empty at that time, that we were able to spend 15 glorious minutes discussing and roaming around each of these 2 statues). Oriel was full of information and tidbits - she did not give me a "standard by wrote" tour. I had her leave me at one of the special exhibits when we parted ways and I spent another couple of hours inside on my own.
I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again!
