Since I will be spending two weeks in Paris; I plan to subscribe to the annual membership for Louvre Museum. This will allow me to make many visits at anytime without the need for time slot reservation. Does the museum ship the membership card to address in the US? How soon will the card arrive? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Yes, they send it to your address, but if it doesn't arrive in time, you just go to the Amis du Louvre office under the Pyramid. Your name will be in the computer as a member and they will issue you a new card immediately. Personal experience.
